Career Overview
Throughout his career, Stuart Meyer has helped
hundreds of clients achieve their legal goals. He uses his legal
expertise and proven litigation skills to his fullest advantage
when negotiating a settlement on behalf of his clients, and when
necessary, going to trial. His practice today specializes in the
areas of Matrimonial and Family Law.
Stuart's academic accomplishments are extensive
and include a Full-Tuition Fellowship and Graduate Assistant
post during graduate school, a prestigious summer clerkship with
Shanley
& Fischer, P.C. during his second year of law school, and a judicial
clerkship with one of New Jersey's top trial judges, who was
ranked each year by the New Jersey Law Journal amongst the top
ten judges in the state.
While a Visiting Specialist Professor at Stockton State College,
Stuart Meyer taught several undergraduate law classes including
Law and the Legal Process, Constitutional Law and Civil Liberties.
He is also an accomplished legal author, having
published the New York Drunk Driving: Sanctions and Penalties for the American Law Institute-American Bar Association in 1997 (second edition published by Lexis Nexis in 2003), and in November
1996 having published an article for The New York State Bar Journal, entitled Abandoning Judicial Principles
in DWI Cases: The Effects of People vs. Mills.
Stuart is a "Results Oriented" attorney.
